Delhi NCR has hundreds of makeup classes, from big-brand academies to artists teaching from home. The right choice depends on your goal. Use these eight questions to compare them honestly.
1. What is your goal?
If you want to do your own makeup, a short self-makeup course is enough. If you want to earn from makeup, choose a professional course that covers bridal work and different skin types.
2. Who will actually teach you?
Ask for the trainer's name and look at their real work on Instagram. Classes led by a working artist teach you what clients expect today.
3. How much practice is on real models?
This single factor makes the biggest difference to your confidence. Ask how many complete looks you will do on models before you finish.
4. How big are the batches?
Smaller groups mean more one-to-one correction. If you prefer private classes, ask whether a personal course is available.
5. Are timings flexible?
Many students are in college or working. Flexible weekday and weekend batches make it easier to finish the course.
6. Is the location practical?
You will travel to class many times. An academy near a metro line saves hours over a month. Our academy in Janak Puri is close to Janakpuri East and Janakpuri West metro stations.
7. What happens after the course?
Look for portfolio support, guidance on pricing and finding clients, and placement assistance where available.
8. Is the fee structure clear?
Ask what is included, whether a kit is extra and whether you can pay in instalments. A good academy explains this clearly before you join.
